Istanbul · Sworn translation agency
A degree certificate, a power of attorney, a contract or a medical report. Upload it, pick the language pair and certification, and a translator sends a written quote and delivery date.
01Languages and services
We only take on languages for which we have a sworn translator on our team. If yours is not listed, we will not keep you waiting; we say so in our first reply.
1Official documents, signed by a translator whose oath is on file with a notary. Degrees, civil records, passports.
1Contracts, powers of attorney, court decisions and company papers, read twice for consistent terms.
1Medical reports and test results. Health data, so only the team on the file can open it.
1Manuals, specifications and tenders, using your glossary if you have one.
1Recognition files and papers, with course titles matched to official equivalents.
1Consecutive interpreting at the notary, the land registry or in meetings.
02Certification guide
The three are easily confused, and a wrongly certified document comes back. The order never changes; each step builds on the last.
Where is your document going?
An apostille is added on top of the notarised translation; no consular legalisation is needed. Some countries also want an apostille on the original.
The translator, whose oath record is kept at a notary, signs and seals the translation. It is official, but not yet certified.
The notary certifies the translator's signature. Under article 96 of the Turkish Notary Regulation, the notary may only use translators whose oath record is on file. We handle this step.
For countries party to the 1961 Hague Apostille Convention, the governorate issues an apostille. One certificate replaces the chain of legalisation.
For countries outside the Convention. Timing depends on the consulate, so we quote it separately.
The receiving authority has the final word. Ask them in writing which certification they need; we can help you word it.
03Principles
If a pair or field is outside our team, we say so in the first reply.
A second translator checks the text against the source, down to names, dates and numbers.
Encrypted uploads, opened only by the team on the job, deleted 30 days after delivery.
No machine translation here: each language of this site was written by its own translator.
04Process
A scan or a sharp phone photo is enough.
A written quote and date based on the page count. Nothing starts without your approval.
Translation, revision and, where needed, notary and apostille.
PDF by email, courier or collection from our office.
On the business day stated in the quote, notary steps included.
Same or next day for suitable documents; notary hours affect timing.
05Get a quote
Leave out anything you are unsure about; a translator checks the document and comes back to you.
06FAQ
Page count, document type, certification and turnaround set the price together. A one page transcript and a contract full of tables are different jobs, so we quote in writing after seeing it.
No. We handle notarisation together with our translator. We send the certified original by courier or hand it over at our office.
For a quote, usually yes. For the translation every seal and annotation has to be legible; if part of the photo cannot be read, we ask for a sharper scan.
For documents issued in Turkey, the governorate issues it; for court documents, the competent judicial authority. We can apply for you once you confirm which document needs it.
In an encrypted area only the translator and project lead can open. Files are deleted 30 days after delivery, or sooner on request.
