Isparta, Türkiye · Orchards and a wheat field
A family farm with orchards and a wheat field on a south facing slope. We supply wholesale markets, retailers and processors, and say up front when each crop is ready and how much we can supply.

Cherries are picked by hand in the cool of the morning.
Out of season produce stays on this page with its next harvest month, so you always know what to expect.

Solid bands show the months a crop leaves the orchard; hatched bands show the months we can ship from store. Tap a row to carry that crop into the enquiry form.
Depending on the year’s weather, harvest can move a week or two either way. We confirm exact dates in writing when we reply to your enquiry.

Sarıyaka takes its name from the slope our orchards lean on: it is where the evening sun lingers last. Warm days and cool nights on that slope give the cherries their colour and the apples their crunch.
Picking starts in the cool of the morning. Before the midday heat, crates go into the shade and from there into the cold room. How we work is no secret: drip irrigation, hand thinning, hand picking and a batch code on every crate.
When a buyer asks where the produce came from, we want to be able to name the orchard and the day it was picked.

Buyers want predictability, not surprises. Four principles shape how we work.
Produce past its season never looks available on the site. If harvest starts early or late, we update the calendar that same week.
We say how much we can supply at the enquiry stage, and we never promise volumes the orchards cannot deliver.
We show a certificate only together with the produce, land and period it covers. Expired certificates come off the site.
We hold no organic certification, so we do not present our produce as organic. Instead, we describe what we actually do in the orchard.
The cards below are placeholders. Once a real certificate is uploaded, they show its scope, issuing body and expiry date.
Every crate label carries a batch code and a QR code showing the orchard, the picking day and the packing date. The records below are samples.
Type a batch code or pick one of the sample codes.
Five steps from the moment your enquiry reaches us to the crates arriving at your delivery point.
You fill in the form with produce, quantity, packaging, delivery point and date.
We check the orchards and our stock, then get back to you by phone or email.
We confirm quantity, packaging, delivery day and payment terms in writing.
Produce is picked in the morning, pre cooled, and every crate gets its batch code.
It travels to your delivery point in a cold chain; batch codes also appear on the delivery note.
The topics that come up most in a first conversation.
No. We hold no organic certification, so we do not sell our produce as organic. We describe our methods openly and show the certificates we hold with their scope.
We ship apples from cold store until spring and wheat from the granary until stock runs out. The hatched bands in the calendar show those months; we confirm current stock when we reply to your enquiry.
Cherries in 5 kg crates and 2 kg punnet boxes, apples in 18 kg crates and cartons, sour cherries in bulk for processors, wheat in 50 kg sacks or bulk. Own packaging or labels: add it in the note.
Our focus is wholesale for markets, retail chains and processors. Smaller enquiries are welcome through the form; we reply when capacity allows.
Yes, by appointment. In harvest weeks buyers are welcome in the orchards and packing area; agree a day with us by form or phone.
Everything we ask before quoting is in this form. The more detail you give, the faster and clearer our reply.
