Restoration after water and fire damage · Istanbul
Wet walls, smoke smell, insurer questions. Let’s take them in order.
Once the leak has stopped or the fire brigade has left, you are not on your own. We make it safe, map the moisture, finish drying by readings and record each step with dated photos.
Our first question never changes: is everyone safe?

02 · Drying and moisture readings
A wall looks dry. A reading says it is.
Paint a wet wall too early and mould often starts inside. So drying ends with a reading, not a date.
Same pointsMarked points, the same meter, every visit, logged.
Dry referenceAn unaffected wall of the same material sets the target.
End pointEvery point at reference on two readings in a row. Then plaster and paint.

Drying in progress
Time depends on materials and damage size; we share readings, not dates.
03 · Photo records
Records for your insurer, not promises.
You report the damage to your insurer, and the insurer decides on cover and payment. We do not act on your claim or promise a payout. We assess, record with dated photos and readings, and prepare the repair estimate. The report stays with you.
Policies usually expect you to limit the damage where you can, so fast drying and steady records matter.

Five steps from the phone call to the report
- 1Phone callIs everyone safe? First steps together.
- 2Making safeStop the source, protect belongings.
- 3Readings and mapMoisture map, reference, first photos.

05 · Landlords and managing agents
When the damage is bigger than one flat: one file, one contact.
Water damage often involves the tenant, the landlord, the managing agent and the flat upstairs. So nothing gets lost in an email chain, each job gets one named lead and one file.
- Shared areas planned with the managing agent
- Reports only to the people you name
- Framework agreements for agents and businesses
Day and night
Whatever the hour, the same calm order.
Safety, then readings, then repair. At night too, the person who answers takes the first steps with you.

06 · Questions
What people usually ask
Will my insurance cover this?
We cannot say. Your policy and your insurer decide on cover and payment, and you make the claim. We assess, record and prepare the repair estimate.
How long does drying take?
It depends on materials, water type and damage size. Instead of a date, we share the reading log.
I rent. Can I call without asking my landlord?
Yes, for urgent safety steps. For opening up and repair we get the landlord’s or agent’s approval together with you.
Who sees the photos and the report?
You and the people you authorise. Photos may hold personal data, so they are stored securely; the privacy notice is below the form.
07 · Report the damage
Tell us about the damage, and we bring the right kit.
Damage type, area and a few photos shorten the first call. In an emergency, just call.
