Strategy and management consulting · Istanbul

Fewer priorities.
Sharper decisions.

Kerte works with leadership teams of companies that have outgrown their structure. We reduce the problem to one sentence, set out the options and stay until the decision works.

01Practice areas

Four areas. Real depth in each.

We do not do everything. Pick one of our four areas to see when we are called in and who sits at the table.

A1Strategy and growth

Which market, which offer, and in what order should we grow?

When we are called in

  • Entering a new market or segment
  • Deciding what stays in the portfolio
Deliverable
A prioritised growth map and a plan for the first 90 days.

02Case studies

How we approached the problem

We never name clients. Cases are told through sector, scale and problem; the ones below are written for this demo.

V1Strategy and growth

Food manufacturer · Mid sized · Family owned

Illustrative example

Challenge

Three generations of saying yes left one team running dozens of product lines.

Approach

We assessed each line on profit and fit, and gave the board a framework to grow, protect or exit.

What changed

Investment debates now follow a shared yardstick, and energy goes to the growing lines.

V2Process and operations

Logistics company · Regional · Rapid growth

Illustrative example

Challenge

Handovers between warehouse and sales slowed, and promised dates kept slipping.

Approach

Two weeks on site, every handover mapped, and one owner for each order.

What changed

Everyone sees who holds which order, and promised dates are realistic again.

V3Organisation and people

Software company · Founder led · Teams abroad

Illustrative example

Challenge

The founders sat in every decision, and approvals piled up.

Approach

We gave each decision type an owner and a limit of authority, then ran the transition for three months.

What changed

The founders regained time for strategy; middle managers decide within their areas.

Work that ends in a decision, not a report

Frame

Options, costs and risks side by side, with missing information named plainly.

03

Decide

A decision session that ends in a written memo with an owner and a date.

04

Embed

Regular reviews in the first months to catch drift early.

Four principles that set us apart

P1

Narrow and deep

Four areas only. Outside them, we refer you to the right person.

P2

The person at the table does the work

The consultant in the proposal is the one you work with.

P3

Confidential by default

Cases are told only with your consent.

P4

Plain language

Short reports and only what your team can implement.

04People

Who sits at the table
