01Account · Services
Each service is described by its scope and the documents we will ask for, so you know how the work runs before it starts.
Keeping your books under the right ledger system for your business, e‑ledger filing and period end reconciliations.
Preparing VAT, withholding, provisional and annual returns in Türkiye; nothing is filed without your approval.
Monthly payroll, hiring and leaving notifications, wage calculations based on timesheets.
Setting up a sole proprietorship or company; handling changes of address, name and shareholders.
Written assessments based on legislation for decisions on company type, investment and incentives.
02Account · Principles
What sets an accounting office apart is not wording but working order. Ours rests on four principles.
Services are described by scope and process, without promises, offers or guarantees, as our professional rules require.
Invoices, statements and payroll papers do not scatter across email and chat. Everything goes to the document area, and gaps are visible.
Calendar entries and notices show their last check date. Nothing outdated stays online.
Only the team working on your file sees your data. Access is logged and file types are limited.
03Account · Process
Starting to work together takes four steps. After each one you know in writing what is ready.
We talk about your business type, staff and current setup. We do not ask for tax numbers or turnover at this stage.
We set out the work, document delivery days and the fee in a written engagement agreement.
We take over previous records, give you a personal login and prepare the first month’s document list.
Each month you receive a missing documents list, draft returns for approval and a short period summary.
04Account · Calendar
The client area calendar shows office dates and official filing days in one view. Below is a sample; real dates are checked against the official tax calendar each period.
These days only illustrate the view and are not real deadlines. Tap a day to highlight its line.
05Account · Document area
Documents go to a space only you can reach, not to email or chat. Turkish professional rules allow such virtual office tools when confidentiality and security measures are in place.
06Account · Questions
If your question is not answered here, send it with a meeting request.
Usually sales and purchase invoices, bank and card statements, expense receipts and, with staff, timesheets. Each month the document area opens a personal list; uploaded items are ticked, missing ones stay visible.
Only you and the office team working on your file. Login is personal, the connection is encrypted and every access is logged with date and time. The area is never opened to anyone else.
We first read your current agreement and its notice terms together, then plan the handover with the previous office and send you a written list of the records taken over.
The fee depends on the scope of work and follows the minimum fee schedule published by the professional chambers in Türkiye. It is agreed in writing; we work out the scope together in the first meeting.
Yes. Documents come through the document area and meetings run on video, in English or Turkish. For steps that need a wet signature we plan the method in advance.
07Account · Contact
For a first meeting your name and one way to reach you are enough. We do not ask for tax numbers or turnover at this stage.
