Fixed roast days, an open calendar.

Instead of keeping roasted stock, we roast on a weekly rhythm. You see in advance which roast your order comes from, and the date on the bag and the date on the site come from the same source.

    1. A new lot, a new page

When a new harvest arrives, altitude, process and tasting notes are updated and the old lot moves to the archive.

    2. Label and page from one source

The mandatory information on the bag also sits on the product page, readable before you buy.

    3. Grind is asked at checkout

Whole bean, V60 or espresso: you choose when you order, so there is no guessing at home.

    4. Terms written up front

Dispatch rhythm, returns of opened bags and how a subscription ends are explained in plain words.

    03 · Subscription

You build the subscription. You end it too.

Choose the coffee, grind, bag size and rhythm. Skipping a delivery, pausing and cancelling all sit in the same panel, one step away.

      07 · FAQ

      Frequently asked

For a question not listed here, write to us.

Which day is my coffee roasted?

We roast on Tuesday and Friday. Orders placed by Monday 12:00 go into the Tuesday roast, orders by Thursday 12:00 into the Friday roast, and both ship the next day. The roast date is printed on every bag.

      Which grind should I choose?

If you have a grinder at home, take whole beans. If not, choose your method: fine for espresso, medium fine for V60 and filter, coarse for French press. Unsure? The recipes in the brew guide are a good start.

How do I cancel my subscription?

With the cancel button in your subscription panel, in two steps. We do not ask why. If you prefer, you can skip a delivery or pause instead.

Can I return an opened bag?

Food that has been unsealed cannot be returned for hygiene reasons under the consumer contract rules. For sealed bags and orders damaged in transit, the process is set out step by step in the terms of sale.

      Can our cafe get samples?

Yes. Tick the sample box in the wholesale application; we pick two or three coffees for your machine and menu, send them and then review them together with you.
