Study abroad advisory · Istanbul and online
See the calendar before you choose the school.
From language school to a master's degree, we choose the country and the programme together. Then we write every step backwards from the deadline, so the student and the parents read the same plan.
We never guarantee admission or a visa; the institutions and authorities decide.

02Application planner
Pick the programme, country and term; get the timeline backwards.
The timeline is built backwards from the start date: English test, documents, application, offer, visa and arrival. Dates are examples; the exact dates are the ones the school and the country's official pages publish.
This is a sample timeline. In the first meeting we confirm dates against what the school and the official pages of the destination publish.
Book a first meeting with this plan03Students and parents
One decision, two lists of questions
The student usually chooses, the family approves and pays. So we wrote two separate sections; parents do not have to dig through the student's list for their answers.

What is on your side
Programme and country
A shortlist that starts with your interests, your level and your goal. You see in writing why each option is on it.
English test plan
Which test, which score is expected and in which month; all of it is on the timeline.
Application file
A checklist for the personal statement, references and documents. You write the text, we flag what is missing.
After arrival
A checklist for the first weeks and the contacts you can reach abroad.

What parents should know
Steps and duration
Every step and its expected duration on the same timeline; you read the same plan as your child.
Accommodation and supervision
Residence, host family or boarding. For under 18s the supervision arrangement is written down separately.
Contact person abroad
Who is responsible at the school and the accommodation, and how to reach them; shared in writing before departure.
Payment and cancellation
Tuition and cancellation terms are set out in the school's contract; we show you which document to read.
Degree recognition
Recognition back home is decided by the competent authority there. For students from Turkey, YÖK first checks that the institution and programme are recognised; we check this before applying.
04Scope and principle
We never guarantee admission or a visa. The school decides on admission and the destination's authorities decide on the visa. Our job is a complete file, submitted on time.

06FAQ
Frequently asked questions
Do you guarantee admission or a visa?
No. The school decides on admission and the destination's authorities decide on the visa. We take care of fit, a complete file and the timeline.
Is the first meeting really free?
Yes. The 45 minute first meeting is free and does not commit you to anything. Afterwards we send the scope in writing; the decision is yours.
When should we start?
It depends on the programme: a few months for a language school, often more than a year for a bachelor's degree. The planner gives a sample timeline; in the first meeting we use the dates the school has published.
How does it work if the student is under 18?
A parent fills in the form and joins the meeting. Accommodation, supervision, the contact person abroad and any consents are written up in a separate document.
Will the degree be recognised back home?
That is decided by the recognition authority in your home country. For students from Turkey, YÖK first looks at whether the institution and programme are recognised; we check this together before you apply.
07Free first meeting
45 minutes, no commitment.
Fill in the form and we will call you within two working days. For students under 18, a parent fills in the form.
