Where do I find the declaration of performance?
Every product card links to it by product code. It stays online unaltered and free of charge, and a printed copy comes with the delivery on request. The content belongs to the manufacturer.
Are the coverage results exact?
They are a guide. Surface flatness, notch size and the number of cuts all change the result; if unsure, our sales team checks it against the data sheet with you.
Which file formats can I upload?
Spreadsheet, CSV or PDF. Product name, size and quantity are enough; we match the codes and ask about unclear lines in one message.
What should I prepare for a crane offload?
Space for the truck and the boom, a person to receive the delivery and firm ground for the pallets. Note it in the basket; if needed we call the site before dispatch.
What do in stock and made to order mean?
In stock items are in our yard and can go on your area’s next delivery day. Made to order items come from the manufacturer; the quote states the estimated date.
