Passport scans should not pile up in chat apps. We collect documents through one channel, after you read our privacy notice and give explicit consent.

Is Kavşak an embassy or a visa application centre?
No. We are an independent adviser. Your application goes to the relevant authority, which makes the decision. We organise your preparation, form and appointment with you.
Can you guarantee that my visa will be approved?
No, and nobody honestly can. The decision belongs to the authorities alone. We promise care: a complete, consistent file in the right order. We do not publish success rates.
Are you regulated?
Yes. In the UK only a qualified person may give immigration advice. Our advisers are registered with the Immigration Advice Authority; the number is in the footer and on each adviser profile.
Why can I not send documents over WhatsApp?
Passports and bank statements are sensitive. In a chat app nobody controls who sees them or for how long. Our panel restricts access and keeps notice and consent in one place.
How current is the checklist?
Each list shows its last review date and is updated when requirements change. Still check the official source before you apply; we link to it.
