Paying a deposit for a house you have never seen takes trust. We earn it with clear information, not promises.

    Photos are retaken every season, so a replaced sofa or a rebuilt terrace never lingers online.

    Real distances

    We walk to the beach and town and note the distance, including any hill or steps.

    One calendar

    The villas are also let on other platforms; those bookings flow into this calendar, so no week is sold twice.

    Documents first

    Permit, capacity and house rules come from the documents, and nothing goes online without one.

From request to key in four steps.

    Villa and dates

    Pick your days on the calendar and add the number of guests and any pets.

  2. 02

    Written offer

    We confirm the dates and send the rate, deposit and cancellation terms in writing.

  3. 03

    Deposit

    Once you have read the terms, pay the deposit by card or bank transfer.

  4. 04

    Arrival

    You receive directions and the house guide; we hand over the keys at the villa.

What guests ask before booking

What does the permit number mean?

In Turkey, holiday letting of a residence requires a permit under Law No. 7464. Each villa card shows its permit number; the numbers on this demo site are samples.

How up to date is the calendar?

The villas are also let on other platforms, so calendars sync at intervals. That is why we confirm every request before any payment.

Why are there no rates on the calendar?

Rates depend on the season, nights and guests. Your written offer shows the total, the deposit and any extras, and nothing outside the offer is charged later.

Can we bring our pet?

Dogs are welcome at Villa Taşlık, which has a fenced garden. Villa Nar and Villa Mavikaya do not accept pets.

Do you arrange airport transfers?

Yes, from Dalaman and Antalya airports, listed separately in the offer. Every villa also has parking.
