05In an emergency
The number is at the top of every page, day and night.
The vet asks about your animal and tells you if it can wait.
If needed the clinic opens; for intensive care we refer you to a 24 hour hospital.
You get the findings, options and follow up plan in writing.

We offer general consultations for rabbits, birds and reptiles. For further tests or surgery, we refer to a clinic that works with these species and share the records.
Prescription medicines are decided by the vet who examines your animal, so we explain conditions without naming medicines or brands.
