01Treatment journey

Six steps, and what happens each week

Choose a step to see what happens, what we ask of you and how often you come in. Timings are a general guide only.

What happens this week · The start

First visit

Your doctor listens to you both and reviews earlier results; a first scan is often done at this visit.

What we ask of you
Bring earlier reports and a list of any medication you take.
Visits to the centre
One appointment of about an hour.

02Treatments

Treatments we provide

Which approach suits you is discussed at your first consultation, based on your results.

01

Insemination (IUI)

Prepared sperm is placed in the womb with a fine catheter around the time of ovulation.

02

IVF

Collected eggs are brought together with sperm in the laboratory, and an embryo is transferred to the womb.

03

ICSI

An IVF method in which the embryologist places a single sperm into each egg.

04

Embryo freezing

Suitable embryos that are not transferred are stored within the legal framework and with your written consent.

The framework in Turkey. Turkish regulation permits assisted conception for married couples who cannot have children; donor eggs, sperm or embryos and surrogacy are not permitted. Any optional add-on is explained with the evidence behind it, including where that evidence is limited.

06Questions

Questions you may have

If your question is not here, ask it at your first visit or on the nurse line.

Why don't you publish success rates?

A single figure cannot describe your situation and is easily misread. Your doctor discusses your own outlook at consultation, based on your results.

How often will I need to come in?

It varies. The journey above gives a general guide; your exact schedule comes in writing with your treatment plan.

Who can be treated at the centre?

Turkish regulation permits treatment for married couples who cannot have children. We recommend that both partners attend the first visit.

Can the first conversation happen remotely?

Yes, a video call to go through earlier reports is possible. Examination and planning then follow in Istanbul.

How is my information protected?

Our form asks only how to reach you. Messages never name the treatment, and medical details are seen only by the team caring for you.
