Route, passengers, cases and flight number. Fare and cancellation terms come in writing before you confirm.

Your driver’s name, phone number and number plate arrive by WhatsApp or email; for night flights, the evening before.

Your driver waits at the arrivals exit, at the point named in the message, with a board showing your name.

Delay policy
If your flight lands late, your driver adjusts to the new time. The first 60 minutes after landing carry no extra charge.

What happens if my flight is delayed?
We follow your flight by its number, so your driver comes for the new landing time. The first 60 minutes after landing carry no extra charge.
How do I find my driver at the airport?
Your confirmation names the meeting point, the driver and their phone number. The driver waits at the arrivals exit with a board showing your name.
When do I learn the fare, and how do I pay?
The fare depends on route and vehicle, is per vehicle, and comes in writing with your confirmation. Pay the driver in cash or by card, or pay ahead online.
What if I need to cancel?
Passenger transport is often outside statutory cancellation rights, so our own terms apply; you get them in writing before you confirm. Cancelling up to 24 hours before pickup is free.
Can we be invoiced as a company?
Yes. A company account collects all journeys in one place and invoices them to your company name.
