03How it works
Your request never sits in a shared inbox
Each department has a coordinator. The website form, phone and WhatsApp all reach the same desk, which routes your request to the department you chose.
One desk
Whichever channel you use, your request reaches the department coordinator. You know who will call you back.
Dated information
Department pages, the doctor directory and the insurer list carry a date. Anything out of date is taken down.
Plain language
No promises of outcomes, no comparisons and no before and after images. We explain what happens, where and when.
- 1
Choose a department
Pick the department closest to your concern. If you are not sure, start with Internal Medicine.
- 2
Choose a doctor or leave it open
Select a doctor if you have a preference; otherwise we offer the first available clinic.
- 3
The coordinator calls you
Requests received during opening hours are answered the same day; the time and any preparation notes follow by text.
- 4
Come in on the day
Bring photo ID and any previous test results. Reception is on the ground floor.
04Insurers and laboratory
Is my insurer accepted, how do I prepare for a test
Search the insurer list; if cover differs by department, the row says so. Before a blood test, tick through the short checklist.

05Frequently asked questions
What patients ask before they book
If your question is not answered here, the coordination desk will help by phone during opening hours.
Ask a questionI am not sure which department I need. What should I do?
Choose Internal Medicine on the form or call the coordination desk. The coordinator listens briefly and directs you to the right department. In an emergency, call 999.
Can I book with a particular doctor?
Yes. Choose the doctor in the directory and send a request; the form is filled in with that doctor. Clinic days are shown in the directory and on the department page, and if none suits you the coordinator offers the nearest date.
How do I know whether my insurer is accepted?
Search the insurer list for your provider and read the cover note in that row, as some agreements exclude certain departments. The coordinator also confirms your policy when booking.
Where can I see the CQC rating?
A provider registered with the CQC in England shows its most recent rating on every website it runs, with a link to the full report. In this demo the rating panel is a clearly marked placeholder.
Do I need to write health details in the form?
No. Department, name and phone number are enough; the coordinator asks for details by phone. Your data is used only to arrange your appointment, as set out in our privacy notice.
06Appointment request
Your request goes to the department you choose
The form is sent to the coordinator of the department you select. Requests received during opening hours are answered the same day.
