A studio flat and an office floor are not cleaned from the same list. Our quotes spell out what is included, what is not and how long the team will stay.
Kitchen, bathrooms, bedrooms and living areas. Inside cupboards, the oven and inside windows can be added as extras.
Most flats are done in a single visit, within the day.
Work areas, meeting rooms, kitchens and washrooms. Outside office hours or early in the morning.
Paint, plaster and silicone residue, fine dust, glass and frames. A ready to move in clean before the keys change hands.
Team size is set by the size of the space.
Weekly, fortnightly or monthly; a fixed day, the same team and the same checklist on every visit.

03The team at your door
Choosing a cleaning company means handing someone the keys to your home or workplace. So we are open about how we choose our team and how they work.
Everyone who joins is interviewed in person, their references are checked, and their first jobs are done alongside an experienced colleague.
All of our staff are registered with social security. Business clients see the registration records and our liability insurance policy before signing.
Every job has a checklist. When the work is done, the team lead walks through it with you; anything missed is finished on the spot.
Our quote names the product we use on each surface. If you have sensitivities or products you prefer, we work with those.
04Periodic business contracts
For workplaces, residential complexes and clinics: a cleaning plan with a written scope, fixed days and regular inspections. Pick a frequency and see what happens on each visit.

Knowing what happens and when matters as much as the cleaning itself.

Scope, team size and duration arrive in writing. For large or unclear jobs we suggest a short visit first.
The team arrives on time with its own supplies. You get the team lead's name and number the day before.
We go through the list together. If you spot something later, we come back within two days.

Two homes of the same size can be very different jobs: number of bathrooms, floor, pets, how full the rooms are. Instead of a rough figure we prepare a written quote from your details, with the scope and duration spelled out.
We bring all products and equipment. If you would like us to use your own products, just mention it in the wizard or on the phone.
For the first visit we suggest you are there at the start and the end, so we can go through the checklist together. On regular plans, keys are handed over with a signed receipt.
Yes. You can pause the plan during holidays or renovation, or change the frequency. Notice periods and termination terms are written clearly in the contract.
The team lead tells you the same day and records it in writing. Damage is assessed under our liability insurance, and we follow up the process for you.
