Kertik Join the list

For freelancersPreparing private beta

Every extra request becomes a written yes before you start.

Kertik checks the “one more small thing” requests that arrive by email or message against your agreement. For anything out of scope it drafts a short change note, and your client approves it through a single link.

  • No client accountApproval comes through one link
  • Every decision loggedStored with date and time
  • Not an invoicing toolFits the setup you already use

The problem

Scope does not grow all at once. It grows by “one more small thing”.

  • 01

    Spoken, not written

Requests arrive in voice notes, comments and at the end of calls. By the end, nobody quite remembers what was agreed.

  • 02

    Hard to say

Asking for more time or a fee feels risky for the relationship. Most freelancers quietly do more.

  • 03

    Scattered evidence

The agreement is a PDF, the changes live in five apps. In a dispute there is no tidy record.

How it works

Four steps, without wearing out your client.

Scope sheet

  • Logo design
  • Two revision rounds
  • Business card adaptation
  • Delivery of source files

Principles

A record, not a fight.

  • Relationship first

Notes are short and polite. The point is not blame, but that both sides understand the same thing.

  • You have the final say

Kertik suggests; you always decide what is out of scope and what it costs.

  • Your data stays yours

Export or delete your project records whenever you like. Nothing is used for advertising.

  • It stays simple

It does not replace your invoicing, accounting or project tool; it only organises the scope conversation.

Ready in the beta

Waitlist

The first private beta invitations go to this list.

We invite in small groups, matched to how you plan to use Kertik. Your place appears on a personal page after you sign up.

The second box is optional; you join the list either way. Marketing emails only go out with your prior consent, as set out in our privacy notice.

Investors

Contact us for investor materials.

The team, the problem we solve, our reading of the market and the roadmap are in our deck. We do not publish it; after we receive your request, the founding team gets back to you directly.

This section is for contact only. Nothing on this website is an offer of shares or an invitation or inducement to engage in investment activity.

If your question is not here, a short message is enough; the founding team replies.

Write to us
When will Kertik be available?

The private beta opens first, with invitations in small groups based on your place and use case. We will email the exact date to the list.

Does my client need an account too?

No. Your client opens the change note through a personal link, reads it and approves or declines. No account, app or password is needed.

Does Kertik decide what is out of scope?

Kertik compares a request with your scope and suggests. You decide, edit or ignore it.

Will it be paid?

We will set pricing based on feedback during the beta and tell the waitlist before open access. Joining the beta does not commit you to any payment.

How do I leave the list, and what happens to my data?

Use the link in any email or write to us. Your address and details are then removed from the list.
