A calendar kept current
When a departure fills up, it closes the same day. Every date shown as open in the catalogue is a date you can actually book.
Inclusions written up front
Visas, entrance tickets, city taxes and optional trips sit in their own list. You know what is not included before you book.
Small groups, a named guide
We keep our groups small. Your guide's name and phone number reach you before departure.
Licensed accommodation
For stays in Türkiye, each hotel's licence number is shown in the itinerary, right next to its name.

From enquiry to departure in four stops
Choose tour and date
Pick the tour, the departure, your party size and room type in the catalogue, then send an enquiry.
Places confirmed
We check hotel and transport availability and reply to your enquiry within the same working day.
Contract and plan
The package travel contract, the day by day plan and every exclusion arrive in writing; the booking is final once you accept.
Off you go
Before departure you receive your guide's details, the meeting point and reminders about documents.

What to know before you book
If your question is not here, ask us through the form or by phone.
Is sending an enquiry the same as booking?
No. An enquiry asks us to check availability for the date you chose. Once hotels and transport are confirmed, we send the contract and the itinerary; the booking is final only when you accept.
What if my date fills up?
A full date is closed in the catalogue. You can join the waiting list or move to the next departure of the same tour; if a place opens, we contact people in order.
What does the tour include?
Each itinerary lists what is included and what is not in two separate lists. Visa fees, optional trips, city taxes and personal spending are always named separately.
Do you help with visas?
Visa rules depend on your nationality. We share the document list and the right time to apply and check your papers with you; the decision rests with the consulate and visa fees are not included.
What if I need to cancel?
Cancellation terms are written in the package travel contract and depend on how close to departure you cancel. We send them to you before you book.
What is the ATOL line in the footer?
UK sellers of flight inclusive holidays show their ATOL number and the set wording on every page. This fictional agency holds no ATOL licence, so the footer only shows where that line would sit.
