Placement with an implanter pen- What it is
- Grafts are taken one by one; a pen shaped tool opens the channel and places the graft in one motion.
- Considered for
- Smaller areas, or working without fully shortening the hair.
Beard
Beard and moustache- What it is
- Grafts from the back of the head fill sparse areas of the face, following the natural growth direction.
- Considered for
- Sparse patches or scars in the beard.
Brow
Eyebrows with single grafts- What it is
- A few single hair grafts, each with its own planned direction and angle.
- Considered for
- Thinned or reshaped eyebrows.
2Donor area and grafts
The donor area is finite. The plan starts there.
A graft is a natural group of one to four hairs, usually taken from between the ears. That area sets how many are possible, so we never name a number before an examination.

Can you tell from photos how many grafts I need?
Photos give a first impression. The plan and graft number are discussed at the consultation, after a close look at your donor area.
How do you choose between FUE and DHI?
Both take grafts one by one; placement differs. Your doctor recommends one for your area and hair type and explains why.
Does the procedure hurt?
It is done under local anaesthesia. You may feel brief discomfort while it is given; afterwards pain relief may be suggested.
Where are my photos stored?
Encrypted, where only the authorised medical team can see them. You can withdraw consent and ask for deletion.
Which languages do you speak?
English, German and Turkish, with one coordinator from first message to final follow up.
