Cancellation rights
Under Turkey's Distance Contracts Regulation, as under UK and German law, car hire for a specific date has no statutory right to cancel. So we state our own rule before you confirm.
Varda cancellation rule
Cancelling up to 48 hours before pickup is free of charge. For later cancellations, the deduction is stated clearly in the confirmation message.

Can I choose a specific model?
You rent a class; the model is not guaranteed, but seats, gearbox, luggage space and fuel are exactly as listed. Prefer a model? Add a note and we confirm it if available.
What happens if my flight is delayed?
With your flight number we track the landing and the agent waits. If the flight is cancelled, call us and we move the handover.
Can I rent with a foreign licence?
Yes. A licence in Latin script is enough; otherwise bring an international permit too, plus your passport.
Can I return the car somewhere else?
Yes, between the airport, branches and hotel areas. Tick "Return somewhere else"; any one way fee is stated in the confirmation.
Is the rental fixed once I send the request?
No. The rental is fixed once we confirm in writing and you accept. We reply every day from 08:00 to 22:00.
