Prefab and steel buildings · Sakarya

Factory built, joined on site.

Kaset builds three home models from light gauge steel modules, plus steel warehouses and workshops made to measure. Every model shows its plan, area and materials; the quote form knows which one you picked.

Click the plan, watch the house assemble.

Tap a room to see its dimensions and internal area, and the module it sits in lights up. Pick options and they travel to the quote form with the model.

The model and the options you pick go straight into the quote form.

Demo: plans and dimensions are examples; a live site gives every model its own page with engineer approved figures.

      Structure

      Engineer approved. Never “earthquake proof”.

For plots in Türkiye, the Turkish Building Earthquake Code sets the rules for designing and building new buildings; elsewhere local codes apply. Every Kaset frame is calculated by the structural engineer for your plot’s ground conditions.

      • Calculated for your plotThe same model is not built on two plots with the same calculation. A ground survey and structural design are prepared for each site.
      • No unapproved sentence goes liveFrame, panel and insulation details are written exactly as the engineer approved them; anything that cannot be verified stays off the page.
      • No promised outcomesWhat you get is not a slogan: structural drawings, the calculation report and the material list are in the handover file.
      “Earthquake proof home”

You will not find this phrase on our site. We describe the frame, the materials and the rules the design was checked against instead.

        Process

Five stops from approvals to keys.

Who does what, and in which order, is written down from the start. Choose where your plot is; the approval steps follow the rules of that place.

Businesses ask for dimensions, not models. Set the span, length and eaves height, watch the frame take shape, and send the figures to the quote form.

            Completed projects

Each project is listed with type, location and year; in this demo the fields stay empty.

            Visit the factory

See profile cutting, welding and the paint line by appointment; mention it in the quote form.

A drawing is not a calculation

The frame on screen gives a sense of scale; member sizes and connections come from the engineer’s calculation.

            Questions

            Six things buyers ask first.

The approvals, foundation, delivery and installation questions our sales team hears most.

Do I need approval for a prefab home?

Almost always. In England, building work must comply with the Building Regulations 2010 and a new building will usually need planning permission; in Türkiye a building permit and later a permit to occupy are required. We never quote “no permit needed”. We prepare the drawings; you first check your plot with the local authority.

            How is the structure checked?

A structural engineer calculates every project for the plot’s ground conditions under the codes that apply there. The structural drawings and calculation report go into your handover file, instead of a general promise of strength.

Are foundations included in the quote?

It depends on the model and the plot. Foundations, delivery, installation, services and fit out are each listed as included or excluded.

Can I change the floor plan?

Within the module sizes you can move internal walls, windows and the kitchen and bathroom layout as options. Any change that affects the structure is approved by the engineer first.

Can a lorry and crane reach my plot?

We confirm access width, slope and crane position during the site survey. For a first assessment, the plot location in the quote form is enough.

How do I get a quote for a steel warehouse or workshop?

Set span, length and eaves height in the steel buildings section and press “Request a survey with these sizes”. Final frame and connection details come from the engineer’s calculation.

Your chosen model is already in the form.

The model, its options or your steel building dimensions fill in automatically. Add where your plot is and we will prepare a written quote, line by line.
