04Pet profile
Let us meet your pet first.
We ask what we need before a groom, nothing more. The pet passport fills in as you type.
05Hygiene
The same routine after every pet.
You leave your pet on a table you cannot see, so we write our routine down. In the salon you will see exactly this.

Table and tub
After every pet, surfaces are cleaned and wiped with a pet safe disinfectant.

Combs and blades
Combs, scissors and clipper blades are cleaned; every pet gets a clean set.

Towels
A fresh towel for every pet. Used ones are washed hot and separately.

Drying
No cage drying. The dryer stays in hand and no pet is left alone on the table.

Separate waiting
Pets never meet in the salon; drop off and pick up times are spaced for that.

We tell you
If we notice something on the skin, ears or paws, we tell you and suggest seeing your vet.
06Cat days
Tuesdays and Thursdays, no dogs in the salon.
Cats are far more sensitive to smell and sound. On these two days the salon is for cats only: no dog scent, a quiet dryer, one cat at a time.

Questions owners ask
If your question is not here, write to us and we reply the same day.
Do I need to wait during the groom?
No. Drop your pet off and collect later; we message you about half an hour before pick up.
How do you deal with matted fur?
Light mats are brushed out with care, as a separate line. Mats tight against the skin are never forced; we call you and suggest a short clip.
Do you need vaccination details?
The pet profile asks. If vaccinations are not up to date or your pet was recently unwell, please check with your vet first.
My cat is scared of grooming. What do you do?
Cats only come on cat days. We never sedate; if needed we split the groom into two short sessions.
Which districts does the van cover?
The coloured districts on the map, on the days shown. If yours is missing, you are welcome at the salon.
Do you offer boarding or training?
No, we only groom. Boarding and training need their own permits, so we suggest licensed businesses.
