Do you come at night and at weekends?
Within the corridor, yes. If we cannot reach somewhere at night, we tell you when you call.
When do I hear the cost?
On the phone, before the truck sets off. We do not leave without your consent.
Which garage do you take my vehicle to?
The garage you choose, your home or a car park. We never steer you to a particular garage.
When should I call after an accident?
If anyone is hurt, call 112 first. Call us any time; we move the vehicle once the police have finished.
Do you help foreign plated vehicles?
Yes. Our controllers speak basic English and German.
