Five services, one crew. Each one starts from the same move planner and becomes binding with the same consignment note.
Long distance moves
One vehicle, one crew on routes out of Istanbul. Loading day and delivery window are stated in writing in the quote.
Office moves
Desks, archives and electronics planned for weekends or after hours, so your work carries on with minimal disruption.
Furniture lift
An external lift for narrow stairwells and high floors. We check the street and the facade together during the survey.
Storage
During a renovation or a date gap, your belongings wait in a closed, logged unit. The inventory is checked together on the way in and out.
The crew at your door is the crew you met at the survey.

Not half an hour on the phone. A few steps.
People who are moving collect several quotes in one day. To answer first and in full, we work by four principles.

Rooms, floor, lift, special items and date. The planner asks them once, so the crew never calls back to ask the same things again.

Quote, consignment note and delivery window are on paper. Our operating licence type and number come with the quote.

The people who survey your home are the people who move it. We never hand the job to another company.

Insurance explained plainly
If you want transit insurance, we explain in plain words what it covers and what to do after damage. We never promise cover the policy does not give.
Box 03Move planner
Describe your move in five steps.
No prices here; a fair price needs a look at your things and your building. The planner gathers what the crew needs and shows a first view of vehicle, crew and survey.

Fill in the planner or call us and explain. The crew comes back to you fully informed.

Survey
By video call or in person. We check special items, stairs and street access together.

Written quote
Scope, date, delivery window and any insurance option in one document. With your approval the consignment note is issued.

Packing and road
Boxes are marked with room names, furniture is dismantled and wrapped. The loading list travels with the vehicle.

Settling in
Furniture is reassembled and boxes go to their rooms. We check the list together and take the packing waste back.

Questions before the move.
If your question is not here, add it to the form at the end of the planner and we will answer it with the quote.
Do you need to visit my home for a quote?
Not always. For smaller homes a video survey is usually enough. For a piano, antiques or a narrow staircase we suggest an onsite survey, which is part of the quoting process.
Why are there no prices on the site?
Two homes with the same rooms can be very different jobs depending on floor, lift, volume and distance. Instead of a guess, you get an itemised written quote after the survey.
What are the consignment note and the operating licence?
Turkish road transport rules say household goods may not be moved without a consignment note and define a K3 licence for commercial household removals. Our licence type and number are stated in the quote, and the note is issued before moving day.
Are my belongings insured?
Transit insurance is optional. If you choose it, the quote sets out scope, conditions and the steps after damage, based on the terms of the insurer.
Who brings the packing materials?
With full packing, boxes, bubble wrap and blankets come with the crew. If you pack yourself, we drop boxes at your door a few days ahead.
How far ahead should I book?
Month ends and summer are busy. If your date is fixed, asking two or three weeks ahead makes it easier to reserve your day.
