02  Level test

Where should you start?

This short five question sample gives you a first idea of where to start in English. With one click you can then filter the calendar for matching groups.

This is a sample test. Five questions cannot set your level; placement is confirmed in a short level chat with a teacher.

Choose the option that best fills the gap.

04  Approach

Four things that are clear before your first lesson.

  1. The right group, from day one

Nobody enrols on a guess. After the sample test you have a short level chat with a teacher, and the group is suggested from there.

  2. Small, single level classes

Groups open with at least 4 and at most 10 learners and work at one level only, so everyone gets to speak in every lesson.

  3. Meet your teacher first

Each teacher's background, languages and levels are listed on the course page. In the level chat you meet the person who will teach you.

  4. Clear terms

Fees and terms have their own page on the site. Enrolment, refund and privacy information sits right next to the enrolment form.

05

From enrolment to first lesson in four steps.

No long phone calls needed. Each step builds on the result of the one before.

06  FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Cannot find your answer here? Write to us; we reply the same day during opening hours.

I do not know my level. Which group should I join?

Start with the sample test; the result only points you in a direction. After you enrol, a teacher holds a short level chat with you and you choose the right group together.

How big are the groups and how long do courses run?

Groups open with at least 4 and at most 10 learners. Evening groups meet twice a week for 2.5 hours, weekend groups once a week for 3 hours; one level usually runs for 12 to 14 weeks.

Where can I see the fees?

Fees are published on the fees and terms page of this site and at the school. We explain payment options during the enrolment call.

What happens when a group is full?

The button of a full group turns into a waiting list. When a place opens or a new group at the same level is planned, we contact people on the list in order.

Can learners under 18 enrol?

We open separate groups for learners aged 15 and over. A parent fills in the enrolment form, and we only ask for the personal data the enrolment needs.
