Choose your dates and check the admission list with us.

The same admission rules apply to boarding, daycare and board and train. Tick the list as you go; your dates are added to the visit form.

    • Every dog has its own rest room; dogs from one home can share.
    • Field time in small groups matched by size and temperament.
    • Four walks a day, gentler rounds for older dogs.
    • Staff on site overnight, with regular checks.

Medical admission rules follow our vet’s advice, and you sign a short drop off form on arrival.

    FAQ

    Worth reading first.

If your question is not here, add it to the visit form.

At what age can training start?

Puppy classes start from around eight weeks as vaccinations progress. For adult dogs no age is too late; we build around the dog’s history.

    Do you guarantee results?

No. Every dog learns at its own pace and much depends on practice at home. You get the stages, what we ask of you and a note after each session, and we review together after week four.

Who is with my dog at night?

A member of staff stays on site every night and checks regularly until morning.

    Which vaccinations do you need?

Core vaccinations in date, kennel cough as our vet advises, flea and worm treatment recorded and a current microchip. Our vet’s full list comes at the meet and greet.

Do you take reactive or fearful dogs?

For behaviour work, yes, after a one to one assessment. For boarding and groups we must be sure your dog stays safe; if not, we tell you plainly.

Why are there no prices on the site?

Programmes and stays vary from dog to dog, so you get a written quote after the meet and greet. A visit comes with no commitment.
