Handover and return

Nobody should lose half a day at handover.

    Before pickup

    Watch the how to videos at home: water, power, heating, gas and waste tank. A QR code inside opens them on the road.

  2. 02

    At the pickup point

    Your car stays in covered parking. After the licence check we walk round the vehicle and show you every switch.

  3. 03

    On the road

    No smoking inside. Abroad and ferries with written approval. The accident number is inside the door.

  4. 04

    On return

    Empty the waste tank and sweep the interior; the exterior wash is on us.

Questions

Questions people ask

Which licence do I need for which vehicle?

Each vehicle card states the category based on its maximum authorised mass. GOV.UK says category B covers vehicles up to 3,500kg with up to 8 passenger seats; C1 covers 3,500kg to 7,500kg. We check your licence at pickup.

What is included in the hire?

Kitchen kit, bedding, the awning, a camping table with two chairs and the first gas bottle. A bike rack, extra chairs and pets are on request.

Where do I collect the vehicle, and where does my car go?

From our Balıkesir workshop or the Edremit pickup point, where your car stays in covered parking.

Can I have the model I hired built for me?

Yes. Every fleet model comes from our workshop; we start from the same drawing and add your changes.

Why can I not see prices for builds?

Every choice changes base, equipment and labour. The planner collects the details; the figure comes in our itemised written quote.
