      02Our approach

Save the surprises for the campfire, not the road.

Before setting off, campers want to know what they rent, which rules apply and how to get there.

      1. A

        You know what you rent

Each stay is described on its own: capacity, size, what is ready inside.

      2. B

        Every rule has a reason

Each rule sits next to its reason.

      3. C

        The site is the brochure

Photos are taken on site; unit names match our licence.

      03Camp rules

The rule and its reason, side by side.

Few rules, each with its reason, so nobody meets one for the first time at the fire pit.

      • Open fires only in the shared fire pits

On your pitch, gas or raised stoves only.

WhyPine needles dry like tinder in summer. On high fire warning days, all fires stay off.

      • Quiet hours from 23.00 to 08.00

Music off, voices low, engines off.

WhyCanvas does not stop sound, and your neighbour sleeps eight metres away.

      • Cars in only to unload and pack

Otherwise cars stay in the car park.

WhyChildren walk the site with lanterns at dusk, and wheels crush pine roots.

      • Pets stay on a lead

Clean up after them; tell us ahead for glamping and bungalows.

WhySome guests are wary of dogs, and we plan cleaning for the next guest.

      • Sort waste, keep food inside

Closed bins at the entrance; food in a closed box at night.

WhyThe smell draws foxes and wild boar to your pitch.

      • No soapy water in the creek

Grey water goes to the disposal point only.

WhyThe creek waters the village gardens downstream.

      04From request to arrival

Collect the site map at reception. Arriving late? Your envelope waits at the gate.

      05Directions

The last kilometre, step by step.

Copy the coordinates and save these notes before you set off. Signal is weak for the final 1.5 km.

      1. 0.0km

        Tarmac ends

200 m past the village fountain, turn right at the lantern sign. From here, follow the signs, not your app.

      2. 0.9km

        The straight ends

Two tight bends follow; if a car comes, wait in the passing bay.

      3. 1.6km

        Fork: long vehicles right

Caravans over 7 metres take the east entrance, gentler and without tight bends.

      4. 2.1km

        Creek bridge

Single lane wooden bridge. Water can pool here after rain; cross slowly.

      5. 2.4km

        Entrance gate

The gate lantern burns all night. After hours, the box holds your envelope and a site map.

      06Questions

      Asked before the trip.

Not answered here? Call reception or add a note to your request.

Where can I stay without my own tent?

In a glamping tent or a bungalow, both with the bed made. Bring personal things and closed shoes. We do not rent tents or sleeping bags.

My caravan is 8 metres long. Can I get in?

Yes. C 05 and C 06 are kept for long vehicles; take the east entrance at the 1.6 km fork.

Are power and hot water included?

Power is included for caravans, glamping tents and bungalows; four tent pitches have a socket. Hot showers are included.

      Can I bring my dog?

Yes, on a lead and cleaned up after. For glamping tents and bungalows, tell us in advance.

How do I find the way without signal?

Save the coordinates and last kilometre notes before you leave. Every fork after the tarmac has a lantern sign.
