01Which pest?
Pick what you have seen and we take the first step together.
Each pest has its own method, preparation and aftercare. For the pest you choose, here is what to do now, what we do and what to watch for with children and pets afterwards.
Cockroaches
Usually gel bait, with nothing to move out.
What you do now
- Note where and when; take a photo.
- Do not spray; it weakens gel bait.
What we do
- Gel bait goes into cracks where they hide.
- A follow up visit is booked if needed.
Children and pets
- Gel spots sit out of reach of children and pets.
- Pet bowls are moved away.
Mice and rats
Not done until the way in is found.
What you do now
- Put food away; note any holes.
- Never touch droppings bare handed.
What we do
- Locked bait stations and monitoring points.
- Every visit is checked and recorded.
Children and pets
- Stations are locked and out of reach.
- You keep a sketch of where they are.
Bed bugs
Usually several treatments, scheduled up front.
What you do now
- Do not move the bed to another room.
- Hot wash sheets; keep them bagged.

- Mattress, base, sockets and skirting, one by one.

- Children and pets stay out during treatment.

Fleas and ticks
Works alongside the care your vet gives.

- Ask your vet about your pet first.
- Vacuum; bin the bag outside.

Mosquitoes and flies
Breeding spots first, then flying insects.

Wasps
Leave the nest alone; it needs proper kit.

When can we go back home after treatment?
It depends on the product. The time from the label and our responsible manager is written on your treatment record, and we explain it before we leave.
We have a child and a cat. How do we prepare?
The pest notes cover most cases. We give you a list for your home at the survey.
What is a treatment record?
A document Turkish regulation requires after every treatment: product, area, date and warnings. A copy stays with you.
Do you come at night or at weekends?
Weekdays 08.00 to 20.00, Saturdays 09.00 to 16.00. No night service; message us and we reply first thing.
Do you work outside Istanbul?
Istanbul is our area. Elsewhere we respect the regulation’s limit of five days in the same month.
