From your request to a cup of herbal tea, this is how a visit goes.

    Come 15 minutes early for a short form and herbal tea.

    Change the pressure, the warmth or the music at any moment during the session.

    You leave with written care notes; a next session only if you want one.

Frequently asked questions

It is my first visit. Which treatment should I choose?

Write what you need in the request form; we choose together after a short talk at your first visit.

I am pregnant or breastfeeding. Can I have a massage?

Some oils, hot stones and the hammam may not suit this period. Mention it in your request; with your doctor's approval we plan something suitable, or honestly suggest waiting.

Do you offer injections or fillers?

No. Procedures that require a physician do not belong in a beauty centre; please ask a doctor.

How can I change my booking?

Tell us by phone or email at least 24 hours ahead so we can offer the room to another guest.

Do you share before and after photos?

No. Photos of our guests are personal data; we do not publish them anywhere, and no photos are taken in the treatment rooms.

How is a gift voucher used?

The recipient quotes the code by phone or in the booking form. Vouchers are valid for 6 months, also for another treatment of the same length.
