Manned security services · Manchester

A quiet night starts with a planned watch.

We plan manned guarding, mobile patrols and alarm response for residential blocks, industrial sites and offices. We survey every site first, then set out shifts, staffing and reporting in writing.

01 · Services

Five services, each defined on its own terms

A warehouse and a residential block need different things. We define every service separately and agree the scope with you after the site survey.

Four documents with every service

  1. Assignment instructions
  2. Shift report
  3. Incident report
  4. Monthly review

  1. 01

    Manned guarding

    Static post

An officer at a gate, reception or critical point. Visitor logs, vehicle checks and incident reports follow your assignment instructions.

  2. 02

    Mobile patrols

    Vehicle or foot

Patrols on an agreed route at varying intervals. Every visit is logged at checkpoints and added to the shift report.

  3. 03

    Alarm response and monitoring

    Control room

Alarm signals reach our control room; verification, notifying you and sending a response unit follow one clear flow.

  4. 04

    Event security

    Planned by date

Access control, crowd management and evacuation planning for concerts, exhibitions and corporate events. Planning starts with dates and capacity.

  5. 05

    Close protection

    Private meeting

Discreet, personal protection with confidentiality first. Details are only discussed in person.

02 · Sites we cover

No watch is planned before we know the site

Assignment instructions are written for each site. The images below are illustrative; we never publish photos of the sites we protect.

03 · Approach

Trust comes from order, not from show

Before you ask for a quote, you want to know who you would be working with. So we share our principles and our credentials openly.

  1. 01Confidentiality first

Client names and logos appear only with written consent. Entrances, camera positions and posts are never published.

  2. 02Every shift on record

Handover logs, patrol records and incident reports reach you every morning.

  3. 03Supervision on site

Supervisors make unannounced site visits and check that assignment instructions are followed.

  4. 04Credentials in the open

We send licence and insurance details with the quote and show the originals on request.

04 · Process

Four steps from first call to first shift

Every step ends with something in writing: survey notes, a quote, signed assignment instructions and regular reports.

STEP 1

Site survey

We visit by day and by night and note entrances, lighting and blind spots.

STEP 2

Assignment plan

Shift pattern, staffing, posts and reporting become a written quote.

STEP 3

Mobilisation

Assignment instructions are signed, officers are briefed on the site and a supervisor opens the first shift.

STEP 4

Supervision and reports

Shift reports arrive regularly, and we update the plan together at a monthly review.

What do you need from us for a quote?

Site type and location, rough size, hours of cover, number of officers, type of cover and a start date. Leave anything you are unsure of blank; we settle it at the site survey.

Can we check your officers’ licences?

Yes. We share licence numbers before deployment, and you can check each one on the public SIA register yourself. Insurance and company details come with the written quote.

Can we request armed officers?

Not in the UK, where private security officers work unarmed. For a high risk site we discuss other measures, such as more officers, patrols or alarm response.

Will you tell us who your clients are?

Only with their written consent. Where we do not have it, we describe comparable work by sector and service instead.

Do you offer cleaning or facilities management?

No. We focus on security services only and are happy to work alongside the provider you already use.

How soon can cover start?

Once the survey and assignment plan are agreed, officers are briefed on your site. The start date depends on the size of the site and is confirmed in writing in the quote.
