        02 · What we do differently

        We leave the surprises to the view.

        Guests usually decide the day before, in the hotel room. So we answer every question up front.

        Requirements before the request

        Age, weight, health and swimming rules sit above the form, and you confirm them in it.

        A day, hour by hour

        Pickup, stops, lunch and return are set from the start. Planned, not approximate.

        One correct meeting detail

        Zone, time window, plate and guide's name arrive the evening before, exactly as on the site.

        A written weather rule

        Who decides, when, and what happens to your payment is written in advance.

        03 · Meeting point and hotel pickup

        Wait in the lobby, we handle the rest.

        For rafting and the jeep safari we pick up from hotels in four zones; the food walk starts at the old town gate.

        Know today what happens if the weather turns.

        Wind, heavy rain and river levels can close some days. We tied the decision to a time, not a guess.

        If you cancel

        Leisure services for a specific date are exempt from the right of withdrawal under the Turkish Regulation on Distance Contracts, article 15 (g), as in the UK and the EU. Our own rule: changing the date is free up to 48 hours before.

        06 · Questions

        Things guests ask us.

        Which activities can we do with children?

        The jeep safari and the food walk suit all ages; ask for a child seat for under 6s. Rafting is from age 8, tandem paragliding from 7, and under 18s need a parent's consent.

        Is the request form a booking?

        No. We check availability and reply by message the same day; the booking is confirmed once you complete the steps in that message.

        Our hotel is outside the pickup zones. What now?

        Add your hotel name to the request. We suggest the nearest pickup point in the confirmation, or send location and parking details if you drive.

        Which languages do the guides speak?

        Turkish, English and German, listed per slot in the calendar. The food walk runs in Turkish and English for now.

        Are your tours with hotel pickup licensed?

        Under Turkish Law no. 1618 a day trip with transport counts as a tour and needs a travel agency licence. We run all tours under ours; the number is at the foot of this page.
