01 · Solutions

Every roof asks a different question.

A homeowner and a factory manager do not ask the same things. We explain each install type on its own; all of them begin with the same survey.

I

Domestic rooftops

For houses and bungalows.

  • A first call with a recent bill and a roof photo
  • Mounting for tiled, slate and flat roofs
  • A clear file you can discuss at home
II

Commercial and industrial

For factories, warehouses and offices.

  • Usage profile and roof area analysis
  • Structural review and single line diagram
  • A project file your technical team can review
III

Ground mounted

For turnkey projects on open land.

  • Land suitability and grid connection review
  • Project management and schedule
  • A separate channel for investors
IV

Battery storage

For moving daytime output into the evening.

  • Adding a battery to an existing system
  • Storage with a new installation
  • Sizing based on how you use power

Maintenance and monitoring

Panel cleaning, periodic inspections, inverter service and remote monitoring. Whoever installed your system, we take service requests.

02 · Roof sketch

Describe your roof in three moves.

Pick the shape, turn the compass, set the shading. It is not a calculation; it answers the first questions our surveyor asks and ends with a survey request summary.

03 · Sun path

A shadow you never see in June reaches the panels in December.

The sun travels high in summer and low in winter. A tree shadow that stays short at noon in June can stretch across half the roof on a December morning, so we judge shading on site, season by season.

Pick a season, move through the day and watch the tree shadow. The drawing is schematic.

04 · Process

From survey to grid connection.

Each step, and what we need from you, is written down. Timing depends on install type and network operator; the schedule comes with the quote.

  1. 01

    Sketch and first call

A short call with your sketch summary or a recent bill, and a date for the survey.

From you A bill or annual usage

  2. 02

    Site survey

We measure dimensions, pitch and shading hours and check the structure and consumer unit.

From you Safe access to the roof

  3. 03

    Design and quote

Panel layout, inverter choice and a written quote with its assumptions stated.

From you Your decision and questions

  4. 04

    Network operator

We handle the notification or application your system size needs with the local network operator.

From you Property and supply details

  5. 05

    Installation

Mounting, cabling and protection equipment; the roof is left clean.

From you Access on install day

  6. 06

    Commissioning and grid connection

The system is commissioned and handed over with its certificates and documents.

From you Being there at handover

  7. 07

    Maintenance and monitoring

Remote monitoring is set up; cleaning and inspection dates are agreed together.

    From you Your service requests

05 · Principles

Measure before numbers.

  1. I

    Estimates with their assumptions

Any output or savings figure comes with its assumptions. We never promise a bill will disappear.

  2. II

    The survey team installs

The people who measure your roof design the system and install it.

  3. III

    Projects shared with consent

We describe our installs by size, area and type; customer names and exact addresses appear only with written consent.

  4. IV

    Still here after install day

Panel cleaning, inverter service and monitoring with the same team and the same number.

06 · FAQ

Asked before the survey.

Book a survey
How do I know if my roof suits solar?

The sketch gives a first idea; the survey gives the answer, looking at pitch, orientation, shading, structure and the consumer unit. If it does not suit, we say so.

What do you need for a quote?

A recent energy bill or annual usage, roof type and rough area, your postcode and whether the install is for a home or a business. A bill image and a roof photo are optional.

Can you tell me now how much it will generate?

Not as a firm figure. Output depends on location, orientation, pitch, shading and equipment; after the survey we share an estimate with its assumptions, alongside the quote.

Who deals with the network operator and certificates?

We handle the notification or application your system size requires and provide the certificates. On the first call we tell you in writing what we need from you.

Do you service systems another company installed?

Yes. Request cleaning, inspection, inverter repair or monitoring; we first review the documents and condition.
