01 · Three ways
So one photo never raises three different expectations, every gown states up front which way it comes. Fittings, timing and terms follow from that.

The drawings are collection sketches. Each gown page carries front, back and detail photographs.
03 · Made to measure
Not a single fitting but a chain of meetings, each one known in advance.
An hour in the atelier: silhouette, fabric, your date and first notes for the pattern.
Your sketch is drawn and the fabric chosen. Order and deposit are then put in writing.
Detailed measurements, a pattern cut for you alone, and the heel height settled.
The gown is first fitted in cotton calico, held with temporary basting stitches. Proportion, length and movement are corrected here.
The gown is cut in its real fabric. Lace placement, train and drape come close to their final form on you.
A last fitting with your shoes and underwear. The gown is pressed and handed over in a breathable cover with a care card.
04 · Fitting plan
A sample timeline, counted back from your date for the way you choose. The exact plan is confirmed in writing at the first meeting.
05 · Terms of sale
We give you the deposit, change and delivery terms in writing before you order. Each way has its own contract.
Ordered in your size; the scope of alterations and the collection day are written into the contract.
Reservation, limits on alterations, cleaning and the return day are written into the contract.
The order form states the stage after which the design or fabric can no longer be changed.
Made to measure orders placed remotely
If you order by phone, video call or online, it is a distance contract. Regulation 28 of the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 excludes goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalised from the right to cancel. A gown cut to your measurements falls within this, and as Schedule 2 requires, we tell you so in writing before you order.

The fitting room is set for you and up to three companions. Tell us how many are coming, so Saturdays never clash.
Yes, reversibly: length, waist and straps are adjusted with basting and inner seams, never by cutting. For bigger changes, choose sale or made to measure.
Ready collection gowns follow the general rules. A gown made to your measurements is excluded under regulation 28; we tell you so in writing before you order.
Fabric, workmanship, fittings and alterations differ for every gown. We give you the price in writing at the first meeting, for the gown and way you choose.
Pressed, in a breathable cover, with a care card for travel, storage and the wedding morning tucked inside.
