Send the drawing. The rest is down to the micron.
Arvek machines parts to your drawing: CNC turning, 5 axis milling, wire EDM and grinding. Every machine is listed with its sizes and our tolerance limits are stated plainly. Upload your drawing securely and follow your quote stage by stage.
Which process, for which part
Every process has its own page; here are the short versions.

- T01
CNC turning
Shafts, flanges, bushes and fittings; C and Y axis milling in the same setup.
- T02
CNC milling and 5 axis
Housings, covers and fixture parts; fewer setups on complex surfaces.
- T03
Wire EDM
Sharp internal corners, narrow slots and precise profiles in hardened steel.
- T04
Grinding
Cylindrical and surface grinding for tight tolerances and low roughness.
- T05
Welding and assembly
Done in house. Outsourced steps such as plating get their own quote line.
Machine by machine, with real sizes
See whether your part fits here, not on the phone.
All machine values are placeholders. On a real site make, model and sizes come from the shop's machine list; nothing unconfirmed is guessed.

How far may an untoleranced dimension deviate?
Dimensions without an individual tolerance follow the general class in the title block, most often ISO 2768-1: f fine, m medium, c coarse, v very coarse.
Specific tolerances (for example Ø20 H7) are machined to that value and reported separately. The band a shop holds comfortably comes, on a real site, from its own inspection records.
Source: ISO 2768-1 general tolerances, linear dimensions. Class v is not defined for 0.5 to 3 mm.
Surface roughness is specified on the drawing as an Ra value.

We never overstate capability, and we treat drawings as entrusted
In contract machining, trust is built on clearly written limits rather than promises.
We write down our limits
The size limit is on the page, not revealed on the phone.
Your drawing is entrusted to us
Who saw the file and how long it is kept: answered in writing on request.
One contact
Your request stays with one person from start to finish.
Nothing outsourced is hidden
Heat treatment or plating done elsewhere gets its own quote line.
Before you send a drawing
The questions engineers and buyers ask us most often.
Is it safe to upload my drawing?
Files arrive encrypted and are stored where only the quoting team can open them, never in a public folder. The privacy notice states who has access and how long files are kept; you can ask for deletion after quoting.
Do you sign NDAs?
Yes, on request. Switch on the confidentiality step and upload our agreement signed, or send your own template. The drawing is not reviewed before that.
How are untoleranced dimensions machined?
To the general tolerance class in the title block, usually ISO 2768. If none is stated, we use the class chosen in the form and say so in the quote.
Do you take prototypes and small batches?
Yes. Prototypes, small batches and repeat orders come through the same form; ask for several quantities and each gets its own quote line.
When will I get the quote?
The expected date is in the email confirming your request. If something is missing, we ask first; you get an email at every stage.
Talk to us even if the drawing is not ready yet
