Sheet 01Services

Four jobs, four different roof questions.

Swapping a few tiles and re-roofing a house are not the same job. Each has its own questions, its own survey and its own scope.

01

Roof repairs and tile work

Cracked or slipped tiles, open ridges, leaks at chimneys and walls. Sound material stays; we open only the problem area.

Leaks and single damage
02

Complete re-roofing

Covering, battens, underlay and, where needed, the timber renewed. Materials and schedule come in writing after the survey.

Ageing roofs or leaks in many places
03

Waterproofing and insulation

Membranes on terraces and flat roofs, breathable underlay on pitched roofs, loft insulation. Mould and condensation tackled at the source.

Terraces, flat roofs and lofts
04

Gutters and valleys

Overflowing, sagging or back falling gutters, downpipe joints and fascia boards. We take the water that soaks your walls where it belongs.

Eaves, gutters and downpipes

Apartment blocks, estates and industrial roofs

Membrane and panel roofing for building managers, factories and warehouses, with a safety plan and a commercial quote.

    Your photo list

Do not climb onto the roof for any of these photos. The ground, a window or a balcony is enough.

      Material note

      Sheet 03Emergency

After a storm: safety first, then photos.

What happens in the first half hour after a gale or hail often decides whether the damage spreads.

      1. 1Stay off the roof

Wet tiles and metal are slippery; nobody should go up until the wind drops. Keep clear of anything that could fall.

      2. 2Catch the water, check the power

Put a bucket under the drip. If water is near a light or socket, switch off that circuit.

      3. 3Take photos

Photograph the stain inside and any damage you can see from the ground. It helps with an insurance claim too.

      4. 4Call us

Send the photos on WhatsApp and we will agree which part needs a temporary cover.

      Sheet 04Our approach

We know what we will find before the ladder goes up.

      01

      Photos first

We review your photos before any visit, so a simple tile swap never means days of waiting.

      02

      Safety at height, in writing

Edge protection, scaffolding, lifeline and personal protective equipment are part of the job; the quote states which ones we set up.

      03

      Scope, not just a total

Which layer is opened, which material is used and what stays, line by line.

      04

      A record for every job

At handover you get a photo summary of the leak source, the work done and the materials used.

      Sheet 05Process

From photo to handover in six steps.

You know what happens at every step, so no surprise items appear halfway through.

      1. Step 01

        Request

Your list from the roof check and your photos.

      2. Step 02

        First look

We review the photos, call you and share our first view.

      3. Step 03

        Survey

A site visit when needed; the team arrives with safety gear.

      4. Step 04

        Written scope

Layers, materials and schedule, line by line.

      5. Step 05

        The work

A short photo note at the end of each day; the roof is never left open overnight.

      6. Step 06

        Handover

A photo record of the job and written guarantee terms.

      Sheet 06FAQ

      Common questions

If your question is not here, call us on +90 000 000 00 00.

How much can you tell from photos?

Cracked tiles, open ridges or broken gutters usually show on photos. If the source is hidden or more than one layer may be involved, we visit and say so up front.

Do you come out at night or on Sundays?

We work Monday to Saturday, 8 am to 8 pm, with no night callouts. Overnight messages are answered first thing; the emergency section explains what to do meanwhile.

Repair or re-roof: how do you decide?

We check the covering, the underlay, how many places water gets in and how sound the timber is. If a repair will do, we say so; when it is close, we write up both options.

What do you do to stay safe at height?

Turkish construction safety rules require collective protection on roofs. Depending on the job we set up edge protection, scaffolding or a lifeline, plus personal protective equipment, as stated in the quote.

Do you work for building managers and businesses?

Yes: membrane and panel roofs on apartment blocks, factories and warehouses. Choose commercial in the form and the safety plan comes with the quote.

      Which areas do you cover?

We work in Istanbul and nearby. Put your district in the form and we will tell you on the first call whether you are inside our area.
