02 · Mood

One lake, three different places a day.

At sunrise the lake steams and the far shore vanishes. Sis's hot tub is at its warmest.

Snow fell overnight and the spruces bow. Firewood for Ocak waits by the door.

No city light. Switch everything off; the Milky Way crosses the lake, and Yıldız's glass lounge was built for this hour.

  • Quiet hours from 23.00 to 08.00
  • Fire only in fireplaces, stoves and the stone fire pit
  • Dogs welcome in Ocak and Ayaz, one per stay
  • Guests never exceed the stated capacity

04 · Getting here

The last 3.2 kilometres, no surprises even in winter.

The cabins sit 3.2 km above the village, first on tarmac, then gravel. The day before you arrive, we send road conditions and your key code.

Winter access

  • December to March: chains or four wheel drive after the chain point.
  • No chains? Park in the village and we drive you up.
  • After heavy night snow, we suggest arriving next morning.

Key handover

  1. The key box code arrives the day before.
  2. The box is in the car park hut, right of the door.
  3. The path is lit all night, your porch light left on.

Is the hot tub shared with other guests?

No. The hot tubs at Sis and Yıldız belong only to that cabin's guests, and are drained and cleaned between stays.

Can a normal car make it up in winter?

To the end of the tarmac, yes. From December to March you need chains or four wheel drive beyond the chain point, or we collect you.

Can we bring our dog?

Yes, in Ocak and Ayaz, one dog per stay; a bowl and blanket will be ready.

How does breakfast work?

A basket at your door each morning: village cheese, eggs, honey and warm bread.
