Colour first, then the brush.

Try your wall colour here, see it as a sample patch at home, then we paint to a written, day by day schedule. Furniture covered, floors protected, your home handed back as we found it.

01 · Services

Every surface needs its own preparation.

Interiors and exteriors are separate jobs: one is booked by homeowners, the other by managing agents, and the questions differ.

Homes and flats

Filling, sanding and primer, then two full coats. Ceilings and cornices can be included.

  • Damp and crack check
  • Water based and washable options

Houses and blocks

A scope summary for residents and agents, an access plan and a seasonal schedule.

  • Scope summary for meetings
  • Scaffolding and weather plan

Texture and feature walls

For a feature wall, texture or effect, we first prepare a small sample board.

  • Approval on a sample board
  • Work alongside architects and designers

Doors, frames and skirting

Sanded, primed and refreshed with a satin or matt finish.

  • Hinges and handles protected
  • Low odour product option

02 · Colour advice

One colour, three lights, three different walls.

Your shade from the colour room, shown in three kinds of light. That is why we decide on your wall, not on a screen.

    The chart comes to you

We look at the chart in your rooms, in daylight and under lamps.

  2. 2

    We paint sample patches

Up to three shades on generous patches; you look at them over a day or two.

  3. 3

We write it room by room

  1. 01

    Site visit

We measure, check for damp and cracks, and bring the chart.

  2. 02

    Colour and samples

We paint the chosen shades on the wall and decide in your light.

  3. 03

    Written quote

Scope, product, coats and a day by day schedule, in writing.

  4. 04

    Painting and handover

Protection, prep, primer and two coats, then clean up and a walk round.

Example schedule: two bedroom flat, ceilings included, staying at home

Timings are an example; you get a written schedule after the visit. Drying depends on weather and product.

04 · Preparation and protection

Before painting day: your list, our promise.

Some preparation is yours, most is ours. Tick off your list; ours is already in your quote.

Protection promise

What the crew does on every job

  • Large furniture gathered mid room and wrapped in dust sheets.
  • Floors fully covered with protective fleece and tape.
  • Socket and switch plates removed or masked.
  • Handles, hinges and glass protected.
  • Shared areas swept nightly, bedroom left usable.
  • Sheets lifted, home cleaned and walked round with you.

These steps, the product type and low odour options are written into your quote.

05 · Questions

What people ask before we start.

Can we stay at home while you paint?

In most jobs, yes. We paint rooms in sequence, finish the bedroom first and leave it usable every evening. Tell us about small children or breathing sensitivities and we plan with water based, low odour paint.

We cannot choose a colour. Can you help?

Yes, colour advice is part of the visit. We bring the chart, look at the light in your rooms and paint your favourites as sample patches. A screen never shows the true wall colour.

What do we need to prepare for the visit?

Nothing. We walk through, measure and look at any damp or cracks. You can add a photo of the wall in the form.

How do you work with managing agents on exteriors?

We prepare a short scope summary for the residents meeting: access, seasonal schedule, product type and impact on residents. A written quote follows the decision.

What if there is damp or blistering on the wall?

We do not paint over damp without finding its source, or it soon blisters again. If needed, we schedule repair or drying first.

06 · Site visit

Tell us about your rooms, we bring the chart.

It takes a few minutes, so our lead decorator arrives prepared. Shades from your sample list appear here automatically.
