About the firm, plainly stated
Akdora Attorney Partnership is a law partnership of three lawyers registered with the Istanbul Bar Association.
The firm practises under the Turkish Attorneys' Act No. 1136 and the professional rules of the Union of Turkish Bar Associations. A first meeting can be held in person or online; before it, we only ask for what we need to get back to you.
Confidentiality
We never ask for case details in a meeting request; form records are kept for a limited period only.

04First meeting
How a first meeting works
Every step from first contact to formal instruction is clear in advance.
Request
Fill in the form or call the office. We only ask for your name, how to reach you and a short subject line.
Call back
Your request goes to the relevant lawyer, who calls you in the time window you chose to agree a meeting time.
Meeting
We meet at the office or by video. The details of your matter are discussed here, under the duty of confidentiality.
Instruction
If you decide to work with us, a written fee agreement is signed and a power of attorney is issued by a notary.

Frequently asked questions
01What should I include in a meeting request?
Only your name, phone number, email if you wish, a short subject line and when we can reach you. Please keep case details and documents for the meeting.
02Can the meeting be held online?
Yes. Meetings take place at the office or by video call, in Turkish, English or German.
03How are legal fees set?
Fees depend on the nature of the work and are agreed in a written fee agreement after the first meeting. Under Turkish rules, fees cannot be set below the minimum tariff published each year by the Union of Turkish Bar Associations.
04How is my information protected?
The form uses an encrypted connection. Records are used only to call you back and are kept for a limited period, as set out in our privacy notice (KVKK).
05Why are there no references or case results?
Lawyers in Türkiye may not advertise. The TBB advertising regulation does not allow sharing client information or promotion aimed at winning work, so this page is purely informative.
