Kılavuz Lifts installs, maintains every month and modernises lifts in apartment blocks, estates, offices and hospitals across Istanbul. We start by asking about your building, your lift count and the colour of your last inspection label.
Developers look for installation, managers for monthly maintenance, owners of tired lifts for modernisation. Each gets its own route.

Ageing components renewed one by one.
Reports that arrive with floor and lift ID.
Turkish rules require at least one maintenance visit per lift every month. Timing and reporting depend on the building.
In Türkiye, lifts are inspected at least once a year by a type A inspection body, and the result is posted in the car as a coloured label. Tap your colour.

A yellow label means the lift was found defective, and the nonconformities must be fixed within 120 days at most. Send us the report and we will put the schedule in writing.
No. A red label means the lift is unsafe and its use is not permitted. Take it out of service and send us the report.
Our emergency line is open daily from 07.00 to 23.00 and we have no night team. If someone is trapped outside these hours, call 112. Other faults are handled first thing in the morning.
Check the end date and notice terms of your current contract. Put the end date in the form and we will time our quote to it.
