01Use
Food, shipping, cosmetics or gifts: each group asks a different first question. Our range is grouped by it.
Corrugated mailer boxes for online sellers. Filter by inner size; standard sizes ship from stock in small quantities too.
First question: will my product fit?
Folding cartons and trays for bakeries, dry food and ready meals. Suitable food types and conditions of use sit next to each product.
First question: is it fit for food contact?
Printed folding cartons for bottles, jars and sets, with inserts and window options.
First question: how will it look on the shelf?
Rigid boxes with lid and base. Foil, embossing and varnish options are shown on a real sample.
First question: how does the opening feel?
Three materials, three different jobs.
A fluted layer between two liners. It absorbs knocks in transit; single or double wall is chosen by product weight.
The natural colour of unbleached fibre. It looks good unprinted; for greasy products we test on a sample whether a lining is needed.
Thin, stiff board with a white top. The cleanest surface for full colour print and foil.
02Box studio
Choose style, inner size, material and print; the preview folds from flat blank to closed box. Drag to turn it, then request a sample or download a schematic cutter guide.
The template is schematic and not for production; the final cutter guide is drawn after sample approval.
03Size table
Enter your product size; the table keeps every standard box it fits in, in any orientation, smallest first.

04From sample to series
Every job runs through the same five steps, and we never move on without your approval.
We discuss your product, its size and where the box will be used, then suggest a style and material.
A plain white sample tests fit and strength; a printed prototype shows how it will look.
Our studio checks your artwork and cutter guide and reports anything missing or risky in writing.
You approve a final proof showing colour, finish and layout. Nothing is produced without it.
After cutting, folding and packing, cases leave with pallet labels carrying the product code.
For standard products the minimum is on the product row; for custom work it is in the written quote. Four things decide it.
Digital print needs no plates and suits short runs. Flexo and offset need plates prepared first.
A size cut with an existing die is more flexible than one that needs a new die.
How many blanks fit on a sheet and how much is trimmed away directly affects the quantity.
Unprinted standard boxes held in stock can be supplied in far smaller quantities than custom sizes.
05Food contact documents
Labelling facts next to the product, the declaration of compliance on request by product code. Blue fields are demo placeholders.
Turkish Food Codex Regulation on Materials and Articles in Contact with Food, Official Gazette 5 April 2018, No. 30382, Articles 13 and 14
The regulation requires the declaration to be prepared and presented to the Ministry on request; public publication is not required. Confirm with your quality manager which documents apply to your product.
Regulation (EC) No 1935/2004, Articles 15 and 16, UK version
The declaration and supporting documents are provided on request; public publication is not required. Check the current rules for the UK market with your importer.
European Commission, Food Contact Materials: Legislation; for Germany, LFGB section 31
The EU framework regulation provides for labelling, compliance documentation and traceability; publishing on a website is not required. Agree with your quality team which documents buyers in Germany, Austria and Switzerland expect.
06Sustainability
We only state environmental facts where a product has evidence, and we name the source.
If you export to the EU: the EU Packaging and Packaging Waste Regulation (PPWR) has applied since 12 August 2026 and aims to make all packaging on the EU market recyclable in an economically viable way by 2030. Review your products with your compliance adviser.Source: European Commission, Packaging waste: Regulation (EU) 2025/40
07Questions
Not listed? Add your question to the quote form.
Sample terms depend on the product and are stated on each product row. Plain white samples of standard sizes ship from stock; terms for printed prototypes and custom size samples are confirmed to you in writing.
Yes. We check the cutter guide you send as PDF or DXF against the board thickness. If you do not have one, we draw it from your product size and confirm it with a sample.
Give us your product size or the inner size you want. The outer size grows with board thickness; we list it separately on the spec sheet for shipping and pallet planning.
Print method, cutting die, sheet layout and stock decide the quantity. For standard products it is on the product row; for custom work it is in the written quote.
Vector PDF, AI or EPS for artwork; PDF or DXF for cutter guides. Outlined fonts and images at sufficient resolution make the proof faster.
