Smart home integration · Istanbul

A home that knows your day by heart.

Sayvan joins light, blinds, heating and security into one calm system for flats, villas and new builds. We start with your day, not a device list.

01Systems

We build a home that works together, not a pile of devices.

We plan every system to act together in the same scene. Wall switches keep working; the app is an option, not a requirement.

01

Lighting and blinds

Room by room scenes, gentle fades and blinds that follow daylight.

02

Heating and cooling

Boiler, underfloor heating and cooling on one schedule; an open window pauses the room.

03

Cameras and doors

Doorbell, smart lock and cameras, angled to leave neighbours out.

04

Audio and video

Multiroom sound, a home cinema and a movie scene on one button.

05

Energy

See which room is heated when, and put empty rooms on standby.

02A day at home

One day, at home.

Drag the slider or tap a time to see what the house does on its own, and what you touch.

03Compatibility

Which system suits your home?

Open standards, not brands. Answer three questions to see which foundation stands out; the firm answer comes at the survey.

State of the property
Cabling preference
Existing devices you want connected

We list only systems we install; no product brands.

KNX

Wired, maker independent building standard. Planned with the electrics in new builds; runs locally.

Checked at survey

Matter

Open standard that lets devices from different makers work together, without depending on the cloud.

Checked at survey

Zigbee

A low energy wireless mesh. Adds sensors, sockets and blind modules without opening walls.

    04Data and access

Who sees your cameras? The answer is in writing.

Cameras, doorbells and motion sensors collect the most private information in a home. Our data and access rules come in plain words, with the quote.

    Data and access policy

    Sayvan · Summary · Version 1
    Who can see camera feeds?
Only you and the household members you add. Our team has no access to live video.
    Where do recordings stay?
On the recorder at home. Cloud backup only if you ask.
    When is remote access opened?
For a fault, with your consent, for a set time; then it closes itself.
    Who holds the passwords?
The admin account is yours at handover; setup passwords are changed.
    Camera angles?
Planned to leave neighbours, shared areas and the street out of view.

Basis: ICO guidance on domestic CCTV; data protection law applies once a home camera covers beyond the property. Sample text; final wording is reviewed by a legal adviser.

    Open · time limited

Nobody can connect to your system from outside.

    05Process

Five steps from survey to handover.

    01

    Survey

We visit and note the plan and existing wiring.

    02

    Scene design

We write your scenes room by room; the quote follows this list.

    03

    Installation

Cabling and fitting, with minimal dust in renovations.

    04

    Handover

We test scenes with you and hand over passwords and a guide.

    05

    Alongside you

A tuning visit after the first month, then planned maintenance.

    06Design professionals

For architects, interior designers and developers.

Smart homes are best planned at drawing stage. With box positions, cable routes and panel space in the drawings, no finished wall is opened later.

    07Aftercare

    Still here after installation.

Support requests skip the sales inbox and go straight to technicians.

    Fault reporting

Write or call support; each request gets a ticket number.

    Software updates

Announced in advance and done with your consent.

    New rooms or devices

The system grows without breaking existing scenes.

    Maintenance plan

Yearly check, batteries, sensors and a scene review.

    08FAQ

    Frequently asked

Question not here? Let us talk it through at the survey.

    Request a survey
Can it be installed without opening walls?

Usually, yes. Wireless sensors, blind modules and smart thermostats join existing wiring. If a wired system is needed, we explain why at the survey.

Does the house keep working if the internet drops?

Yes. Scenes run on the controller in your home, so lights, blinds and the alarm work offline; app access returns with the connection.

Can I keep using the wall switches?

Yes. Switches stay and can become scene buttons; nobody has to use an app.

Could another firm take over the system later?

Yes, thanks to open standards. You receive the project file, device list and admin passwords at handover.

    What happens at the survey?

About an hour: we walk through the home, talk about your day and note existing devices. A scene list and written quote follow.
