01Product groups

Four product families, one technical language.

Each family comes with its own dimension table, material options and datasheet. Every line in the catalogue has a searchable page on the site.

VB

Ball valves

Three piece and flanged bodies with full bore balls. For on and off service in water, steam and process lines.

Show in selector
VK

Butterfly valves

Wafer and lug type with EPDM or PTFE seats. For large diameter water and cooling lines.

Show in selector
VC

Check valves

Swing type for horizontal and vertical installation. Prevents backflow at pump outlets.

VF

Machined parts to print

Stems, balls, flanges and body parts from your own drawing, turned and milled to your tolerances.

    03Production

One plant machines, tests and ships the part.

    Machining centre

We machine the critical parts, from body to stem, on our own equipment, catch dimensional drift at the source and pressure test every valve before it ships.

    04Quality and certificates

Certificates shown with their scope, not as logos.

The cards below are placeholders. On a live site each certificate appears here with its issuing body, scope and expiry date, and comes down once it expires.

    05From quote to shipment

The route a request takes, laid out like a routing sheet.

    1. OP 10

      Request

Product, quantity, material, delivery location and lead time in the form. Attach your drawing if you have one.

    2. OP 20

      Technical review

Engineering checks dimensions and material and asks for anything missing in one go.

    3. OP 30

      Written quote

Terms, lead time and delivery terms sent in writing, in a single document.

    4. OP 40

      Production and test

Machining, assembly and pressure test; the test record is linked to the order.

    5. OP 50

      Shipment and documents

Packing, shipping papers and requested material certificates in one file.

    06Request for quote

Everything our sales team would ask, in one form.

The more complete the request, the fewer emails before a quote. A product picked in the selector is carried over here.

PDF, STEP or DWG; required for machined parts.

    07Frequently asked

What buyers ask before they order.

Q01Is there a minimum order quantity?

For standard products we quote from a single piece. For machined parts the economical batch size depends on the drawing and material, and is stated in writing in the quote.

Q02Do you manufacture to our own drawings?

Yes. Attach your drawing as PDF, STEP or DWG. Engineering checks dimensions, tolerances and material, and raises any open point before the quote.

    Q03Do you deliver outside Türkiye?

Yes. Give the delivery location and your preferred delivery terms in the form. Shipping papers and documents are available in English and German.

    Q04Can we get material certificates?

Material certificates for cast and forged parts can be requested with the order. Just state which documents you need at the quote stage.

Q05How long does a quote take?

It depends on the scope of the request and how clear the drawing is. Standard products are quoted quickly once nothing is missing; custom parts are quoted in writing after the technical review.
